DAB K series, single stage pumps

Single impeller centrifugal pump suitable for domestic, civil, industrial and agricultural installations and for decanting, mixing and irrigating uses. Cast iron pump body and motor support. Technopolymer or cast iron impeller, as indicated in the specifications. Carbon/ceramic mechanical seal.
Induction motor, closed and cooled with external ventilation. Rotor mounted on oversized greased sealed-for-life ball bearings to ensure silent running and long life. Built-in thermal and current overload protection and a capacitor permanently in circuit in the single-phase version. Three-phase motors should be protected with a suitable overload protection complying with the regulations in force.

• Operating range: from 1.8 to 96 m3/h with head up to 62 metres
• Liquid quality requirements: clean, free from solids or abrasive substances, non viscous, non aggressive, non crystallized, chemically neutral, close to the characteristics of water.
• Liquid temperature range: -10°C to +50°C up to K40/200T

DAB NKM-G, NKP-G series

Enbloc, centrifugal motor-driven pumps with coupling designed for a wide range of applications such as:
• supplying water
• the circulation of hot water for central heating
• the circulation of cold water for air conditioning and refrigerating
• the transfer of liquids in agriculture, horticulture and in industries
• the implementation of pumping systems

Single-stage, cast iron spiral body made to DIN-EN 733 (formerly DIN 24255), cast iron support, flanges in accordance with DIN 2533 and DIN 2532 for DN 200. Impeller in cast iron, encased and dynamically balanced with compensation of the axial thrust by means of balancing holes, operating (on request) with interchangeable wear rings. AISI 304 stainless steel pump shaft. Seal: standardised mechanical seal made to DIN 24960 in carbon/ carborundum with O’ rings in EPDM.

• Operating range: from 1 to 500 m3/h with head up to 100 metres
• Liquid quality requirements: clean, free from solids or abrasive substances, non viscous, non aggressive, non crystallized, chemically neutral, close to the characteristics of water.

• Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar
• Installation: normally horizontal or vertical provided the motor is always above the pump.

DAB KDN series

Same specifications as NKM-G, NKP-G. Special versions available for liquids other than water. Packing with lubricating idraulic ring and stuffing box in two easily removable parts, available on request.
