New generation wet-rotor circulators. A  combination of frequency converter technology and permanent magnet motor place the pumps at the top of the energy labelling scale (A). Energy savings approx. 30% on full-load operation and over 60% on partial load. Automatic adaptation to variable flow rates

Venting of the pump, particularly of the motoer, is performed automatically after a brief period of operation (the motor shaft  has an internal hole ). The permanent magnet motor starts always with high torque, thanks to that the rotor blocking is almost impossible.

Thanks to the internal protection of the motor, the pump requires no external motor protection device. The pump always starts at average power (elevated torque) regardless of whether normal service or nighttime
reduction (min.) is set.

Available on request: analogue module which allows the speed of rotation to be set externally by means of a 0-10 V or 0-20 mA signal.

MATERIALS
Enbloc circulation pump made up of cast iron hydraulic parts and an electric asynchronous motor with wet rotor. Aluminium motor casing. High performance volute pump casing thanks to the detailed design and smooth internal surfaces. In-line suction and delivery ports, flanged with threaded connectors for the introduction of the temperature and pressure sockets. Technopolymer rotor, hardened stainless steel motor shaft mounted on graphite bushings that are lubricated by the pumped liquid. Stainless steel rotor and stator liner. Ceramic thrust washer, ethylene propylene grommet and brass air vent cap. Two pole asynchronous
motor.
