Luise Italy, check valves

This valve guarantees a perfect sealing and one of the lowest load losses because its components have been designed with a special dynamic profile, which allows water to slide rapidly and with no friction, and the sealing surfaces are machined in a special way. The materials used, all non-toxic, are: body in brass OT 58 UNI 5705/65, internal mechanism in polyamide, spring in stainless steel INOX 18/8 and seal in nitrilic rubber. The return spring enables the valve to be mounted in any position. With the addition of a suction rose, a foot valve is obtained.

  • Maximum working temperature: 90° C
  • Type of fluid: water, air. Upon request hydrocarbons, alkalis etc.

Together with the filter, they are used as foot valves

The CIM 30.1 Inline Check Valve is manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 9002 and is designed for vertical, horizontal or angled installation for use in domestic and commercial plumbing, sanitary, autoclaves, pump and compressed air systems.
Specifications & materials :
The CIM 30.1 Inline Check Valve utilizes a compact noiseless design which provides a low pressure drop and reduced water-hammer. Built with a double stem guide to facilitate trouble free operation and a stainless steel spring-loaded Hostaform thermoplastic free rotating stem that opens at .36 PSI. The CIM 30.1 will provide a full flow area equal to the nominal size, and can be installed vertically, horizontally or at an angle in a pipeline to accommodate flow in one direction.
Body : Bronze ΕΝ12165 chrome plated.
Spring : Stainless steel 18/8 AISI302
Seat : Technopolyme up to 2", metal for the rest
Testin pressure : 30bar for the body , 22bar for the seat
