SMART PRESS is an innovative device to automate electric pumps without the use of membrane pressure tank. Incorporates flow sensor and caurses minimal fricion losses. It is available in two versions for 1,5hp and 3hp single phase electric pumps.

Pump starts when the pressure drops below 1,5bar (adjustable). Pump runs continously as long as there is water flow. Pump stops after 5 sec if a very low water flow is detected. Dry running protection is standard, eliminating the use of float switches or other devices. In case of dry running alarm the device automatically attempts to restart the pump after 1/2 hour.

Presscontrol is a device with a new concept that guarantees optimal control of pumps for home use. Deriving from a hydraulic and electronic logics project, it is capable of simultaneously detecting both the pressure and the flow, as well as automatically managing the pump operation.
It replaces the traditional expansion tank system, protecting the pump in the case of a water shortage. Far more compact than traditional systems, it is totally reliable, resistant, and easy to install.

Starting pressuer is factoy adjested to 1,5bar. Pump pressure shoule be at least 3 bars. Wate column above the device should no the higher than 15 meters.

Single phase pumps (230V) up to 1,5kw (2HP) can be directly controlled by the device. Bigger single phse pumps or three phase pumps (400V) should be connected through proper relay.
