GENERAL
1. Prices can change without any prior notice, unless written order has been placed and confirmed.
2. Signature of the customer or his legal representative automatically means the unconditional acceptance of our sales terms as mentioned below.

PAYMENTS
1. Open credit invoices should be paid within 30 days. Payments are only prooven by legal receipt of our company.
2. In case of open credit or partial payments by time drafts, ownership of goods remains to MARCO PUMPS until total invoice value is fully paid.
3. Deposals and wire transfers should be done to our following bank accounts :

FREIGHT AND INSURANCE
1. All our prices are considered to be Ex Works. For shipments outside Athens we can deliver to transporter company in Athens free of charge.
2. Transportation of goods by cars to customer's facilities within Athens is charged after mutual agreement.
3. Our company bares absolutely no responsibility for delays due to strikes, natural disasters, lock outs, and delays of shimpents from our suppliers.
4. Insurance of goods is totally covered by the customer, even if goods are transfered by our company cars.

RETURN OF GOODS
1. Return of goods for issue of credit note or for replacement with other goods is only allowed if all below conditions are fullfilled : a. goods have been invoiced during the last 12 months b. goods should not be obsolete c. goods should be in brand new, unpackaged condition d. goods should not have been ordered specifically for the customer's needs and should belong to our normal moving items e. good should not belong to periodical sales campaigns at special net prices f. goods should not be special orders according to customer's demand g. goods should not be parts of other construction sold to the customer h. customer should have been first given permission from our company. i. transport cost is charged to the customer.

QUALITY CONTROL - WARRANTY
1. Our company is ISO 9001:2000 certified and all our products are CE declared
2. Our produts are brand new and unused
3. We offer 1 year warranty to all our products. Longer warranty is possible to specific product categories, accoring to the warranty policy of our suppliers.
4. Warranty is valid for 1 year from invoice date and is valid only for manufacturing defects. Customer should accept that products are suitable for his application and undertakes full responsibilty to install them according to the instruction given in their manuals. Our company accepts absolutely no responsibilty for damages due to: bad transportation and handling, installation from unathourized techicians, use of the product in applications beyond its limits, insufficient protection in outdoor installations, improper power supply, normal wear of mooving parts and chemical influencies. No warranty is valid in case of customer's interventions to repair the product himself. Any demand for direct or indirect damages coused by the product are excluded from the warranty.
